Power
The engine is located below the floor of the wheel house and is accessed via large hatches. The engine has been replaced a number of times.

Mr. Cunningham sold his shop in 1907 to Pacific Machine Shop & Manufacturing Co.. Pacific Machine Shop was acquired in 1936 by Markey, which is still in business. Allan Cunningham may have opened a new shop and was making windlass’s again around 1928. Check out www.markeymachinery.com.
Layout
This vessel has a tri-cabin layout. The forward cabin sleeps 2. The center cabin is the wheelhouse. The aft cabin contains the galley and the saloon. The saloon can dine 6 or sleep 2. The main head is in the aft cabin with a ‘night head’ in the forward cabin.
