Took Euphemia II out for a short cruise. I was worried that the sun would make the small imperfections glaringly obvious – but not the case. Super happy with recent work – despite the small wrinkles.
Walked the boat out enough to raise the mast and then secured until the Girls arrived.

The prop-walk was super strong as I backed the boat all the way out of the marina. This had me correcting (with forward thrust) about every ten feet. Slow. Lucky there was no wind to (possibly) compound the problem.
Parked at the farm dock long enough for the Girls to pillage some household supplies for Maggie’s new home in Victoria.

Pulling off of the dock involved using dock lines to orientate the boat outward first. Headed home with Valerie at the helm while I was organizing the deck. Roof looks nice.

Returned to the boat house where I ‘tucked the boat in’.

Maintenance will continue – working my way from the wheel house roof (nearly done) to the water line. Some interior things to do as well.
